Data We Collect
When you make a reservation we collect your name, phone number, email address, and reservation details (date, time, number of guests, occasion and any comments you provide).
Purposes
We use your data to manage your reservation, send booking confirmations and reminders by email and, if you opt in, by WhatsApp, and, only with your explicit consent, to send you news and offers. We do not sell your data.
Processors
Reservations are stored and processed by the booking platform provider acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement. WhatsApp messages are delivered through a WhatsApp Business API provider. These providers process your data only on our instructions.
Retention
We keep your reservation data for 24 months after your last visit, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and Storage
The booking page uses only essential browser storage to keep your booking progress. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this page.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email souni@blueisland.restaurant. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
